Let's find your dream home

"I am so impressed with Riva Wallace as my Realtor here at Ocala Preserve. I chose carefully…After seeing her positive energy during our first meeting I knew she was my Realtor. She’s attentive, full of energy and confident. She is also very knowledgeable about the ins and outs and everything in between at Ocala Preserve. She is very professional and knows the real estate business well"

"Cassie has been a great and supportive realtor. My purchase of a condo has been difficult due to the seller, and she’s being great, providing the professionalism you would expect from a realtor and the support you’d want from a friend. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an honest and hard working REALTOR"

"We made the decision to sell our home in what was possibly the worst real estate market in years. If we had not had Riva as our agent, I don’t believe the house would have sold. Riva has a complete knowledge of real estate and procedures - from listing through closing. Her marketing skills are phenomenal. She worked diligently to bring a stream of potential buyers into our home for showings. She also kept us appraised of the feedback gleaned from those buyers. And when our spirits were low her enthusiasm kept us going. Our house has sold and should there ever be a need for real estate services, we will definitely ask for her help again"

"Cassie is an excellent, honest, and hard working Realtor. She helped me find a home for my family and sell my home. She guided me through the whole process. She was always responsive and on top of everything that needed to be done for a smooth closing. I would recommend and have recommended Cassie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is very knowledgeable about the market and industry and is a great Realtor. Most importantly, she is a wonderful friend who has her client’s best interests heart."

"There is no better way to find a home than with a seasoned Realtor. We found that Realtor with you, Riva Wallace. We had a week to find a home we liked within our budget. After making the initial contact with you on Thursday at 10 am, you found us a home. With your input, we made an offer and had a signed contract the next day – Friday at noon! Riva, you made yourself readily available and were sensitive to our needs. You know the community very well and have extensive experience with Shea Homes. Having impressive knowledge of the closing process, the attention to detailed paperwork was outstanding. Your congenial and likable personality really shown with handling the offer stage. Thank you Riva!!"

"Dear Cassie,

Thanks for assisting us in the sale of our home. You were prompt in responding to our calls and texts, you were honest when answering our questions, and you were knowledgeable in ever aspect of real estate. In all of this you were pleasant and polite, making our end of the sale simple and nearly stress-free"
